Return & Exchange Time
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Products
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The product has original packaging, tags, and labels
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return/exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Fragrances
- Attar / Roll-on perfumes
- Used prayer caps
- Used shawls
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items, unless damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear pictures of the product
- Clear pictures of the packaging
- Short explanation of the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed if the product is unused and available in stock. If the requested product is not available, you may choose another item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-value item.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed through the available payment method or store credit.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
